Who I am.
Dr. Marie Claire Bourque, MD, MSc, FRCPC
I'm a sport and performance psychiatrist. I follow difficult questions about minds, behaviour, and performance through the evidence and share the ideas that hold up.
My work spans clinical practice, teaching, performance coaching, writing and building software. I teach at the University of British Columbia and the University of Calgary.
I co-wrote The Psychology of High-Performance Sports Organizations with Madeline Antony. I also founded Limbus Health.
