The podcast
Curiosities
A psychiatrist explains your brain, your behaviour, and everything in between.
You already have explanations for your own head — why you can't focus, why the name won't come, why you did the thing again. Most of them arrived long before the evidence did. Curiosities picks one and follows it into the research.
Every episode, I go read the evidence and tell you what I found: what holds up, what doesn't, what nobody knows yet, and what you can actually do with it. I've been doing this my whole life — getting curious, chasing it down, keeping what I learned to myself. The keeping-it-to-myself part is over.
For now, you can follow these questions in writing.

The same questions, in writing
An episode is one form a question takes.
Curiosities is the question first and the format second. Some become an episode. Some become an essay, a piece of evidence I'm still arguing with, or a tool you can use. They all start in the same place.
Follow the questions in writing →What this is not
General education, not medical advice.
Curiosities is about how minds work, including yours. It is not clinical advice, and listening does not make me your doctor. If you need care, that belongs with a clinician who knows you.
