Ask your physician or nurse practitioner whether the ACT group is a good fit. A formal referral comes first, before anything is accepted or booked.
Your clinician
A named physician or nurse practitioner is responsible for the referral. Authorized clinic staff may submit on that clinician's behalf.

Existing referral route
A named physician or nurse practitioner is responsible for the referral; authorized clinic staff may submit on that clinician's behalf. Enter the patient's name, email and phone number in the first step of the Practice Better waitlist. Fax referrals are not accepted. The group is covered by MSP for eligible BC residents.
A waitlist referral does not guarantee a place.
