Can a clinician refer to a group now?

Yes. A physician or nurse practitioner can refer through the ACT group waitlist on this page. Authorized clinic staff may submit on that clinician's behalf. No other group offering, schedule, or availability is published here.

Can a patient ask to join a group?

Not through this website. If patient coordination is approved later, it will be coordination only: not a referral, a waitlist place, or an appointment.
